When you file return for current AY 2021-22 (FY 2020-21) you can get exemption under sec89(1) for salary arrears received. You can also Google and find 10E / 89(1) calculator for AY 2021-22 and prepare 10E with previous years' return data. Thereafter in new portal while filing return>Tax Liability you can add sec.89(1) relief and also you should fill Income Tax Form>10E as calculated using the calculator.
If you have already filed for AY 2021-22, you can file a revised return as above claiming relief under sec.89(1) for salary arrears
