Regarding application for exam

My photograph and signature is appearing in my exam PDF and website. Should I attest and send the exam form to ICAI?

if your photo and signature is appearing in the exam registration pdf then you are not required to send the copy of pdf to icai. The section where your photo and signature appears there is an instruction given by icai regarding pdf please read that section.
