85year old persons don't have adhar card.
how to file ITR & claim refund??

You can file the return if you don't have the Aadhar card for the A.Y. 2020-21 and refund will be processed as per your details of ITR

It's not mandatory for Super senior citizens ( i.e individual aged 80 year or more) to mention aadhar numbers in Income tax return.

So, you can file your income tax return without aadhar number and can claim refund of TDS.
