TAR form 3 CD have been submitted through CA login but due the some unavoidable issues of DSC expiry of asseesee the same has not accepted by asseesee login Hence the TAR is not uploded on IT portal on due date , can the penalties will be levied or there will any solution regarding waiver of penalty for non filling ?? please suggest...
