under 80E - educational loan interest payments
how much amount we can reduce to maximum ??
Whatever amount paid as interest over the educational loan during the year.

But ITR forms in local shop printed as 40000 max like that

Deduction u/s 80E is in addition to deduction of rs.150000 of sec 80c. There is no maximum limit of claiming this deduction of interest of loan.
