u/s 80E if interest paid by two persons then who will be liable to get deduction ?
both or 1 of them on which basis
both are of one family or relative .
and on whose child they taken loan

U can take deduction u/s 80E interest paid by out of your chargeable income.
You need to obtain a certificate from your Bank,segregating the principal and interest portion of the education loan paid by you during the financial year. The total interest paid will be allowed as deduction.
