Regarding 2nd transfer in 1st year of articleship

i am doing my first year of articleship.can i take my 2nd transfer without the consent of icai.please help me in this regard quickly

yes....in first year of articleship no limit is prescribed on the number of transfers...only thing is your pricipal should agree to give u the tranfer
There is no limits on no of transfers in first year... so u can move ahead...!!!
