According to GST rules only the invoices uploaded in GSTR2A should be taken.
in case of purchase from other states like Haryana, Chandigarh, HP the invoice is uploaded on the same day. We get the material only after 15 days
through transport. If the invoice is in the last week of the month, we get the material and the invoice next month only. How can we take input for this during that month.
Some composition dealers upload only after 3 months. We have received the material in the first month and sold it also. in this case what is the solution. please clarify
Composition dealers cannot charge GST.
