I want to start my 15 months training but I have confusion regarding this. I want to do job after CS, so where should i apply, I mean in PCS, Company, Stock Exchange, Financial Institutions etc.

It would be better to join some Corporates as you are determined to do job Post Qualification. Expereince gained during training will help you in your job and you will become comfortable with Corporate Cultures, Timing, Environment etc.
