sir,in f y 2014-15 HP govt paid us 13 months salary in a year. but in f y 2015-16 my DDO included Apr to march paid Apr for tax in
advance .can I opt 11 months salary in f y 2016-17 for tax benefit or not.now my DDO want to take f y from March to Feb.
