As per my knowledge only the current employer details hav to b filled up as u have already registered the scope of work done for the first employer.

when i have filled my 108 form i have filled in the details of my last employer only. the form was duly accepted by the institute and also i have received the articleship completion certificate.

in my opinion "u have to consider only the current employer status and fill the work experience details"

further u can confirm this on the toll free number (1800-22-8009 or 1800-200-2501) started for students by WIRC branch. please try for one number as one number is for member and i dont remember which number is for students.

You have to fill the details only of current employer i.e. on page no. 4 of form 108 regarding details of work undertaken, u have to fill only the details of the current employer which also includes 4 months of 1st year. you have to mention the weeks of 4 months in the 1st year column.

@ riddhi :    i had sent my form 108 yesterday, but form 108 of my other friends is accepted.

can u plz teme how hv u filled d details f year 1 year 2 n year 3.....bcz my 1 friend ( whoz form has also got accepted she told me dat ....since u hv taken transfer on 21\11\07....ur first year under current employer will b 21\11\07 to 20\11\08....whereas my employer said dat ...ur 1st year is 20\3\07 to 20\03\08......so he has written work done in d balance period f year 1 i worked wid him i.e 4m  21\11\07 to 20\03\08...dats 4 months....so now wat is corrrect...i m damm confused now...seriously....

its urgent guys cn any1 reply plss

@ riddhi:   in form 108, you should not fill up the details of 1st year if u had worked ur 1st year at other office. means u had not fill up the details which u had already filled in form 109 when u had taken transfer. only the balance period which is of current employer is to be filled. if u start ur articleship under current employer in year 2, then u don't have to fill the details in year 1. u have to start from year 2 only in form 108.

even i had two principles and i gave details related to only the current principle and i got the completion letter from the institute also.

my articleship period is 20\3\07 to 20\9\10...

i took transfer on 20\11\07...

so balance period of 2 yrs 10 months is to b served under my current employer....

now u kn na 108 form ....

in dat year 1 mein... sud i put work done 4m 20\11\07 to 20\11\08 OR

work done 4m 20\11\07 to 20\03\08 ( dats 4 months ).......
