I work for the State Government Service. I got into the job in 2019-20. I have not received my salary yet. Salary and salary arrears are received in this year 2021-2022. Income tax has not been filed due to non-receipt of salary in the previous years. Rs 778118/- received in this year including arrear.
Can I make a 10E relief claim?
Yes you should claim 10E relief claim, as tax on your salary is already deducted and paid to govt.
even you didn't filed ITR for previous year.
