Dear Friends

Suppose X is a government department with aggregate turnvoer of more than Rs. 200 crore.

Now does it have to get itself registered BOTH as TAXAPYER and TAX DEDUCTOR.

Or only its registration as TAXPAYER is enough.

regards

shivani
