I have sold a sale cum GPA to one person relating to Agriculture land
is it taxable under income tax act.
or Exempted as sale of Agriculture land..
please help in this regard.

Location of Agri land is determining factor for taxation. selling through General Power of Attorney GPA is ok.
can I consider it as Exemption
