sir client procuring raw materials in different rate of 28%, 18%, 12%. He is supplying materials and providing services of prefabricated building business. so while raising invoice at what rate of tax he need to charge?. pls suggest me.

i registered dealer under vat act not under excise act what will be input credit against materials purchased 1 year prior to 1st july
A. if i have invoice in which excise showm separately purchased cst
B if excise not shown but excisable item purchased cst
C if not excisable goods purchased under. cst
D if excisable goods purchased under vat act
E if non excisable goods purchased under vat act
F if excisable goods excise shown seperately

reverse credit payment of which service
is inr 5000 per day exempt from reverse credit
