dear sir,
I have provided services to GHMC, Iam a registered tax payer when iam going to raise GST tax invoice the GHMC (local authority) personnel saying that GHMC is not subjected to pay GST..
how can I treat this transaction in my GSTR 1..
is it exempted or nil rated..
need in urgent...
