How much time does it normally take to sanction IT refund by dept.?

depends upon case to case return to return

no fix time for that u will get it soon also and later also

Generally it will take 15days from when the ITR is recieved to IT Dept.

Actually in current case refund of earlier AY is also pending that's why I wanted to know anything we could do?
