i need one clarification regarding refunds at CPC processing center,
we have e-filed return of income for the AY 2010-11 by claiming refund, till now neither we received notice u/s 143(1) nor refund amount. how can i approach at CPC processing cetre. can any one help in this.

Dear Mr. Reddy,
generally after e-return is filed an Intimation u/s 143(1) is communicated on the same E-mail Id that you must have provided at the time of e-filing of the income tax return.So i suggest to check on the email and you might get the order on it as the banglore office quiet active with their proceedings. and one more possibilty could be there that they might not have received your physical copy of ITR which is mandatory after online filing. check it out as they intimate the same if they have not receive the copy of it physically yet.
