Refund reissue

My client's refund amounting Rs.93000 for A.Y. 2013-14 got rejected due to incorrect bank account no. provided, So I filed online request for reissue of refund by entering correct account details, but it again got rejected. Then I have filed for another request by choosing 'BY CHEQUE' method instead of 'ECS' method, but agian they rejected my request without disclosing any reason. So, what I am supposed to do to know the reason of rejection? What Procedure is required?
