one of my Friends's Bank a/c details have been given at the time of filling ITR 1 on 31/07/2022 but it was not validated due to pan details. Then I put another bank details in which pan no. is given, on16/11/2022.
But its showing that - "validation in progress" & as a result not able to get refund of A.Y 2022-23.
Kindly suggest me , what to do next??

Quick Summary
First validate any one of the bank accounts, through any available option, like login through net banking etc., then submit 'refund reissue request' with adding the validated bank account.

Yes, through net banking, you can log in directly to IT site, whereby the bank details will get fetched by e-portal, & account will get validated immediately.

Check wat is the refund status?
If refund status failed, file refund reissue request.
Otherwise file grievance once again.
