I have filed rfd 01 for claiming refund in excess ITC in cash Ledger.
After filing i got Arn number
wheather i need to submit application to my jurisdiction officer or not???

Yes... Better to submit the details with application to the Circle Office.

Yes .... following doument required to submit
1. Copy of duly online filed GST RFD 01 A Form
Acknowledgement copy
2. copy of GSTR 3b & GSTR 1
3. printout of cash ledger
