Refund procedure for ay 2014-15 when already processed.

SIR,

I would like to know the procedure to claim refund for AY 2014-15 where paper return for the same has been already been filed and the same has been processed too.The TDS deducted by bank has not been claimed in the return and the refund is on the basis of such TDS. TDS on salary already taken into consideration. Kindly guide me .
