We have a balance around 3.5 lakhs in our PLA a/c and forgot to claim for refund. Now the time limit also crossed to claim refund.
Then what is the procedure to claim for refund ? Can we transfer the PLA balance to our GST Cash ledger ? Or can we transfer it to our Other branch PLA A/c ?

Hi,
You can claim the refund. However, it may happen they deny the same on account of 1 year limitation but refund can be claimed and one year limitation will not apply in this case.
