I have filed the Income tax return for a HUF who is the proprietor of XYZ. Now there is a refund of Rs. 50,000/- and i have put the bank account details of XYZ current account while uploading the ITR.
Please note that the IT return is being filed in the name of HUF personal capacity.
Will i get the refund as i have mentioned the bank particulars of the proprietorship company XYZ. ?

Dear Mr. Rajesh
What i am able to understand is that you filed ITR in the name of HUF in which you give the bank details of prop. ok
but for getting the refund, PAN should be tally from the PAN with bank. In case of discrepancy, Bank have the right to not to credit the amount in your bank account.
In case, you are taking the refund from your Juridictional AO, then you may give bank detail of HUF through written application on plain paper.
