WHICH FORM I USE?
I HAVE NO OTHER INCOME.
PLS. TELL ME.

File ur return on ITR 1 with TDS details and ur bank a/c no.

Im agree with Mr. Vikas.
One more thing if your income is less than taxable income then you can file a Form which is provided by the bank as declaration after which they will not deduct your TDS.
