Could somebody let me know how to get refund of tax that was deducted in respect of interest income. The income is of a person who is not an assessee and the income is less than the limit(the person did not file a declaration hence the TDS). And the person does not have a PAN. Should the person file a return? If yes, how to do it without a PAN no.
Could somebody let me know how to go about it.
