Service tax is refundable on export expences. we are taking refund on s.tax paid on export brokerage, survey , fumigation etc.. Pls inform if we can also claim Refund of s.tax paid on THC (Terminal Hadling charges) to the shipping line. If yes, under which category ..

All the services consumed in providing exported service is treated as input service for exported service. Refund of Service tax paid on such input services is also admittable on submission of of claim along with refund claim under export of service rules 2005. No need to file the application separately.

First of all what is the category indicated in the bill of the shipping lines who raise the St in the bills.
The refund of post removal ST paid is what is available under notification 41/2007 as amended which presumably you are using.
