Refund of itc
Our company made exports noths under payment od gst and under lut. Can we claim refund of itc for the balance in the ledger?

Yes,If your Company Made export under LUT without payment of GST, than you claim refund of ITC relating to that Goods/input which is exported or used in exported Goods.
We are doing both under lut and with payment of tax then?
