Whether nil refund application compulsorily be filed for previous year as time limit is expired to file refund for current year ?
e.g nil refund application required for 17-18 and 18-19 in order to file refund for 19-20 as portal does not allowed to proceed further

You have to file it from 01 July 2017 to the month having refund.
