Sir please tell me if file the return even after time limit for belated return, can i get refund for that return..?
I have to file return for F.Y 2017-2018 now..Can refund be claimed?

You can not file ITR of FY 2017-18 as of now.
You can file return for the refund, provided your Jurisdictional ITO permit you to do so by condone of delay in filing return u/s. 119(2)(b) of IT act.
