One my client having a propertior firm and having income from salary. His employer have deducted TDS from his salary Approx. 8 Lakh and now in his firm there is loss for 22 Lakh. Now can we get refund of TDS deducted from his salary in ITR.

if the employer had deducted TDS and deposited in the department, it will be refunded after filling of return and if the TDS is deducted and not submitted, the liability lies with the employee.
