Refund of income tax
For A.Y.2011-12,
My Income is below taxable limit, and hence i not file return,
But TDS is deducted on Professional fees.
Please advice how can i get refund of TDS.
Time limit for return is gone u/s.139(1)/(4).

submit the tds certificate copy through Income tax website.
Is there any draft format of application for condonation of delay in claiming refund,

condonation of delay is not applicable here. You can cantact service centre in I.T. department.
