refund of import
sir, please explain we have import from chaina, billing from Indian costumes department and igst separate including in bill, but in bill gst no. not showing, then we have how to claim refund, in refund application

u should check ur gst amount on bill of entry of import and then claim that credit in 3b in import of goods in igst and u can file refund of that application on portal itself and u cannot get gst no. as it is imported from other country
