Whether refund of late fees paid on late filing of GSTR 1 & 3B can be claimed? If yes, what is procedure to claim refund?
Nil return has been filed from July 17 to March 20.

Unfortunately this is not possible Sayali. Don't expect for Refund of Late Fees of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B from Government. It's a complete Loss for the honest taxpayers who file their returns on time or with some Late Fees.

I can't understand the decision of 40th Council meeting where it is given that NIL late fees where returns are furnished between July 17 to Sep 20. For whom it is applicable?
