I got credit in electronic credit ledger from purchase.

Click on Services menu> Refunds > Application for Refund > Fill Up Refund of ITC on Export of Goods & Services without Payment of Integrated Tax

refund facility is available only in specified cases.... follow the above mentioned steps you will come to know whether ur case is one of them.....
In case of regular sale you are not eligible to claim refund of accumulated itc
Visit gst portal and click services for refund process...
check ecash electronic ledger
