Refund of fees

Dear Members

I have filed documents for incorporating a private ltd company but unfortunately the ROC rejected the forms due to some defect. Please advise Am I eligible for the refund?? and also advise on how to get the refund of the fees paid.

There is no need to apply for refund.

New form after correction can be filed in-lieu of the old form by entering SRN at the window that appears while filing e foms without paying any further fees.
