15 May 2012Please tell me if excise duty will be refunded to me if I export my final product. Kindly note that the assessee is availing exemption as turnover is less then 1.50 crore. It is not registered with central excise.
One more question if VAT on input can also be claimed as refund..

for getting refund of excise you have to get registered under excise, and claim the duty paid on inputs used in export consignment.
yes in vat , the accumulated vat is refundable

Sir,
I am trying to file online refund of excise duty which paid on export, but source of document is not accepting, please clarify me what is format we should enter in source of document number column for Invoice No., ARE-1 No and GAR-7 Nos. kindly reply me at the earliest
