Sir,
We have claimed Refund of service tax and education cess and Higher education cess on export of Iron Ore. The claimed is excepted and we got the refund from the department. Now we received a notice from the department saying we have to return back amount of Education cess and higher eduction cess as it is not correct and we are not eliglible as per the act.
Please advise.
Please mention the section of your refund under service tax, as it does not display "services used for export" if its within services used for export then pls provide break up and paid service tax @ item wise
