Refund of duty paid on input and inaput service

Dear Experts,

We export some goods to Nepal under Bond/LUT

We have CENVAT Credit of duty 2.00cr and plus

We want to Refund of Duty and ST paid on input and input service used in the manufacture of final product which has exported.

Can we eligible to claim refund under notification No. 5/2006 of rule 5 of cenvat credit rules 2004
