Dear all,

Can anyone let me know whether any latest notification or circular received based on the earlier Circular No. 14/14 /2017 - GST

for claiming the tax refund for suppling goods to EOU units.

No there is no circular/notification after this

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your timely reply, Their is one more circular which is partially afecting this circular is Circular No. 45/19/2018-GST

which imposes the restrictions on the suppliers of EOU units
