refund of cess amount wrongly paid

Hi,
We have wrongly paid cess in place of SGST column.

When we opened my gst portal refund side, it only showing to me refund type refund of ITC on export of goods & services without payment of integrated tax,
But other refund type is not showing to me?
How to get my refund?
