Which bank acoc*nt was selected for refund in your 16-17 return check that and if in your account its been displayed that refund is processed then date might also be given so check accordingly in statement.
no madam same bank account is there even in nsdl refund status also not showing anything....
Then go in Income Tax department near you and register complain since online help is not assisted to you
