I had filled our claints ITR-4 on 13-08-2013, refund of Rs. 13460/-. so he is regularly asking us why his refund is not processed till now.
so suggest me guys how to get his refund amount soon.

Please tell your client to wait for a month or so..Nobody has received the refund who has filed after June..So wait.
Processing refund for ITR-4 takes time.
