Refund is pending to receive
Hello Experts,
Department has issued me a Refund Order U/s. 143 (1) before a month but still Refund Amount is not deposited in my bank account, when I called to customer care of CPC - Benguluru, I am told that Amount will be deposited in my Account but no time limit is given, they also advice me to check with SBI - Mumbai but Contact no of SBI - Mumbai is also not shared with.
Please advice me to do the needful.

You will definitely receive the refund but you cannot expect the date within which you will receive the refund.
Have Patience!!
You would receive the amt. including Interest.
Contact again to CPC Bangalore for the refund.
Time period is not mentioned for the refund amt.
Most important check the account no. mentioned for the deposit of account whether given correctly or not? Hope you get the refund to the earliest.
