Refund in VAT Act if Trans1 not fil
sir I am not file our trans 1 in GST act and our VAT ITR is stand in our books so what's procedure to refund our VAT tax as ITR .

ITC in VAT returns can be refunded only if it is eligible for refund under VAT laws. You will have to visit your state jurisdictional officer for this
