refund for husband who dued on 2008
Sir I have received arrear salary of my husband who died on 2008. but tax has been deducted from in my husband pan number how will i get refund

Request Employer to issue TDS certificate in your name as legal heir. Also form 16 alongwith annexure in your name as legal heir.
