Can we claim E-cash ledger balance while filing 3B?
or we have to apply only from the "refund " tab on the portal.
And
Do we need to upload any document for the same?

Dear Rupali
you can utilize cash ledger balance into filing of GSTR 3B.
Also you can apply refund for the same. You can file refund application through GSTN Portal after login.
As you are demanding refund from cash ledger only and not from credit ledger, refund shall be processed easily with very lesser documents.

You can just upload the payment Challan, and can be uploading GSTR 3B return table no 6.
That's enough for proof of payment...
