Refund claim on excess balance in cash ledger

We have applied for excess balance in cash ledger in GST portal and got the Refund ARN Receipt and GST RFD-01A. Now my query is we have to submit the hard copies to concerend department head?. How many days to receive the claim amount.

Please confirm.

yes, you have to submit hard copies to the concerned jurisdictional officer and any refund must be disposed within 60 days from the receiving date of the claim.
