Refund claim of excess tds deposited by the deductor.

Dear Friend

Please suggest how the deductor can get the excess TDS deposited in the FY 2012-13?

There is a notification of Govt. of India (Income Tax) 11/2013 dated 19-02-2013 that the Deductor can claim the excess TDS deposited through Form 26b.

So friends kindly suggest the procdure of filling of Form 26b.
