if no, then in such case can i e-verify using option1 to generate evc getting it to my emailid from the income tax site

if Refund is more than Rs 100, will be given by department.
No issues, you will get it.
No Issues in that, u will get it and it must be no refund case and your total income should be less than 5lakhs to get EVC Code through mail or mble no.
